Southern Poppyseed Chicken Bake – Tuesday

TUESDAY – A French take on a Southern classic from Georgia, juicy chicken breast is poached then cubed and combined with a chicken veloute, sour cream, poppyseeds, broccoli florets and crunchy panko breadcrumb topping. As JB says…anything with sour cream has to be good! Serve it with pasta or rice or brocciflower rice or on its own. Popular for kids. Small feeds 2 people. Large feeds 4 people.
