Creamy risotto rice cooked with fennel stock and two cheeses then coated in panko breadcrumbs and baked to crispy perfection. Topped with a walnut rocket pesto, tomato and mozarella plus a hit of our sriracha aioli…yum! It’s the fennel word in delicious!
